First of all [redacted] is extremely incorrect I booked a load with him last Friday 3M heat and time sold that load to another carrier that broke down in [redacted] ArkansasHe never alerted me that the carrier had broken down or that he had sold my loan to an illegal carrier with a non valid MC number in the Landstar systemI have to go and hire another firm to pick up the loadThe other firm contacted the owner operator and explained to him that he needed to take the trailer to [redacted] Texas that is where the trailer resides as of right nowI was not privy to any conversation I was not asked if I would let the trailer go to [redacted] Lastly I am not a business owner I work exclusively for Landstar of [redacted] FloridaI have referred this case to my employer as again I am not a business owner in the state of New York and never have beenI explained that in detail to ***I have contacted my superiors and they have contacted the Department of Transportation for further action against [redacted] and his company for booking a transportation load and then selling it to a an approved carrier with many violations on their reportPlease don't contact me again as I am not a Better Business member nor am I an owner in any way shape or form in the state of New YorkThe [redacted] address that you have on record is not even me again refer everything to Landstar of [redacted] FloridaI explain that in detail tomorrow but he did not want to hear what the truth was he wanted to make fictitious lies

As I have stated and will continue to State *** must go through Landstar I spoke to Andrea at Landstar headquarters last night at approximately p.mand she said in their exact determination the case is closed *** needs to contact landstar directly I would say in closing though if *** recorded any conversation it would only help my cause against him but if he recorded a conversation without my permission I will seek legal action against *** for not telling me he was recording meAgain this matter is closed I am not a part of the Revdex.com I am an employee for Landstar please do not email me anymore with this foolishness
