Review: Landworks Landscape has been servicing my lawn for many years. They would come every week & cut the lawn. Last year (2014) they came in April to do the spring clean-up but never came again. They usually came again in May to start their weekly lawn maintenance but they did not come. I called on 5/12 & left a msg because my grass was getting high & needed to be cut. On 5/13 I called again & he said he would send someone either that day or the next. On 5/14 I got a warning notice from my town about my grass needing to be cut. I called & told him not to come again & then called the billing dept & left a msg that I am no longer a customer BUT I've been receiving bills for work that they do not do ever since. I've received 8 bills & I return each one with a note that I am no longer their customer. On the first erroneous bill I even explained just what I told you here. The last bill they sent was dated 7/6/2015. On the 5/6/15 bill I also told them if they sent one more bill I would report them to the Revdex.com. I just want them to stop sending me these false bills. I fired them 5/14/2014.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop sending me these false & erroneous bills!

Review: We employed Landworks Contracting 6 years ago and since then, have not used this contractor at all. Despite repeated calls directly to the owner himself, and many attempts to stop them from sending us continuous erroneous, fake, unethical bills, the bills keep coming to us with made up, various amounts in the hundreds of dollars and they expect payment.

I have directly had conversations with the owner and left messages to stop billing us and we have a feeling this is a widespread practice that he is employing, basically fraud, because some people may pay these erroneous bills. We have used another landscaper other than Landworks for the last 6 years.

We hope that you can resolve this unethical business practice once and for all. Thank you.Desired Settlement: For Landworks to stop sending out fake, erroneous bills for service which they did not do!
