I am responding to this complaint The couple did complete the paperwork required by [redacted] to secure financing on their vehicle with the exception of proof of income - paycheck stub by [redacted] Since the support documentation was not provided until after this complaint was filed, [redacted] did not process the financing until later The paycheck stub was provided by Mr [redacted] and the financing is all in place and they have their vehicle No reporting to any credit bureau agencies were made since they were not late with any payments (no payments were due at the time of the complaint filing) If there are any further concerns, [redacted] is welcomed to contact me directly[redacted]

Payoff has been made. All additional per diem charges were paid as well. Payoff was sent to the wrong address in error. A new check was cut and sent immediately once this was realized. Per our contract payoff was to be sent within thirty days. Payoff reached the
bank in days as per our agreement

Ms*** is currently driving the vehicle and we cannot return a down payment for a car she still hasShe never brought it backI'm not sure where she is coming from

I am rejecting this response because:I refuse to convenience a company that has constantly inconvenienced meAlso, that does not change the fact that they lied about the paperworkMy mom was never supposed to be the primary owner of the vehicleI would never recommend this company to anyoneI plan to leave a bad review on GoogleAlso, I know another person who purchased a vehicle from them who is just as dissatisfied as I amThey claim to have been advocates for you but they are just as disgusting as any other car dealer

All documents were submitted to the Missouri Dept.of Revenue on 8/19/2015. This issue has been resolved. The reject has been cleared and the customers title issued on 8/24/15.

Would be happy to try and help him out by fixing the vehicle but the first step is to drop the vehicle off to have it looked at. We strive to help all customers with issues however without looking at a vehicle I can't fix a problem. I can't return a vehicle purchased in Julybut would be happy to...

We have no problem having the warranty cancelled.  The cancellation is being addressed and taken care of at this time.  It will be cancelled.  As a good faith effort to satisfy the customer, we will pay the difference for the time she claimed to cancel the warranty in April 2016...

through the refiling cancellation date in December 2016.  We apologize for any misunderstanding and hopes this satisfies the complaint.

I am [redacted] a sales manager from Lane 1 Motors. We would like a working number for the consumer so that we may contact and resolve this issue.

In the contract that he signed it states that if the car is returned or the financing does not go through the consumer will be charged $30 a day and a $150 detail fee. He kept the car for 7 days...

and with that detail fee it adds up to $360. Therefore, he is due $340.  I told the gentleman to give me a call set up a time to get the $340 and he has never contacted me back. I would be happy to give him that money back.

Customer purchased a warranty with coverage through 94,000 miles on his pre-owned warranty. The warranty he purchased covers items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Customer came to the dealership on 6/14/17 and opted to cancel the warranty. Since his warranty was canceled within 30 days...

of the purchase a full refund for the purchase will be issued to the lien holder. It was explained to the customer that cancellations are processed once per month at the end of the month. Warranty refunds from the warranty company are issued once per month in the month after the cancellation. The cancellation request will be entered on this month's remittance and the warranty company will cut the check in July to the lien holder.
