My part of my bill was paid in full at the time I received their services. I then asked them if they would file my [redacted] they kept $323 of it.I had some dental work done and as always they told me how much my part of the payment was, around $380.00 so I paid my part at the time of service. I had [redacted] insu[redacted], and I'm sure they checked to see how much they would pay so they knew how much to charge me. I also had [redacted] and was going to file it myself but the forms asked too many questions I couldn't answer, like dental codes tooth number, etc. I asked the office manager if they could file it for me and she said yes, but instead of having the money sent to me she had it sent to them. I have been trying to get that money since the first of June. the amount was $580.00. as I said I paid my bill in full but the office manager said that [redacted] didn't pay for a tooth scaling. I received my [redacted] statement in the mail and it said it didn't pay for the tooth scaling because the dentist forgot to put which number tooth it was. so I told her that and all she had to do is give the tooth number and it would be paid. well I received my check yesterday 8/24/15, and it was for $257.90, not $580. they have no right to change the price on me just because they happened to get their hands on my[redacted] money which should have went straight to me. if they didn't know about the[redacted] money I would not have heard anything else out of them but instead the stole $322 dollars from me. that was unethical and immoral and I want my money back./////Desired SettlementI want my $323.00 back./////
