They messed up since my wife and me were together.so I asked to separate the account since we have different insurances. Mine is [redacted] and my wife has [redacted] So they told me that my insurance don't cover in six months so they showed me bill to pay full. So in month later, they sent me bill more on my account. So I have billing statement from them that they showed me the bill to pay so I did. But they sent extra more. They try to cover up from [redacted] included the bill at first so they separate the price. If they knew insurance don't cover then why they send me more money. It happened three times before. Looks like they are tricking people to get extra money.Desired SettlementMy wife and me was 199. That they told me so they separated the prices for me $154.30 and left balance to [redacted] 47.14 but they messed up billings to $94.84. I have all proof from them so they trying to trick me for extra money. So they need to be watched since they have done other customers,too.
