It is more than we would normally take off of trees this size but we followed specific instructions from customerCustomer sent me this request, Customers message: [redacted] , we have trees at the front of [redacted] *** [redacted] in Colleyville that need trimmingWe are moving in on August and we are using a crane to handle furniture to the 2nd floorThe trees are in the way to the balcony and need trimmingJoe HoltshouserHe also explained the same thing to my crew when they arrivedIf you look at the pictures we clearing trimmed to clear his balcony to give him access for craneI believe just wasn't happy with the trees appreance afterwards and was upsetI explain that we did not damage trees and they would fill outI also sent a third party from a local tree farm to look at the condition of the trees and he said the same thing, that the tree will be ok and fill outThey just look to be thin because they were just trimmedI was extremely polite to MrHoltshouser even though he yelled and cursed at my crew and II did not charge him for our services since he was not pleased with the out comeWe also strive to make out customer happy and feel terrible about this situation but out of all the trees we have trimmed we have never had a compliantWe also ask plenty of questions up front and try to give the customer exactly what they ask for....did the same here except what the customer asked for did not look the way they wishedThanks [redacted] ***
