We will continue to keep you informed as we are updated by contractors, and will make our best attempt in regaining your confidence in *** ***. application fee, a non-refundable administrative fee, and an online application
deposit will be necessary to hold your new apartment.  Once the
pre-qualification process is completed and your application is approved, the
application deposit will be credited toward the required security
deposit.  If your application is denied, the application deposit and
administrative fee will be refunded.  You may not withdraw your
application or application deposit.  If you withdraw your application or
change your mind about renting the apartment home, we’ll be entitled to retain
all application deposits and administrative fees as liquidated damages, and will
have no further obligations to one another.”  Applicant was pre-approved
and scheduled to move in 8/14/15.  8/18/15 at 3:07 pm, Management contacted applicant via email in an effort to confirm move in or application would be forfeited due to no response from applicant.   8/18/15 at 3:13 pm, applicant stated she would still like to lease, but switched from a two bedroom to a one bedroom.8/18/15 at 4:24 pm, applicant requested to change move in date to mid-September 2015.9/7/15 at 9:47 pm, applicant informed management that she will no longer be renting with Elm Hollow.  I spoke to [redacted] on 11/19/15 at 4:09 PM to
notify her that the application and administrative fee was waived per her
request, as the property website did not prompt applicant to pay fees
upfront.
