We experienced a confused and delayed response regarding moving a door opener from another location when a new resident wished to bring his door opener to his new homeAfter ordering a second opener for our wheelchair dependent residents On *** I called to find out where our order was, I was told that the new opener had arrived and I would be getting a call on *** setting an installation dateI have not had a callback or any response since despite weekly calls through March including the latest on ***I made it abundantly clear when placing the order that this job needed to be completed and billed before *** to be included in the last fiscal yearUnfortunately this is the only supplier/installler of these items in this area
