I payed for my book with my federal loan money and my mom accidently threw the access code away not knoweing what it was , and this company stated that to get the code I would have to pay for the book in full again and another penality, until I come up with this money I will not be able to start my class, or drop the class that has already been paid forI also told them that I have the receipt for the online textbook

I ordered an online course with Pearson Education's Propero, self-paced program, and found that within their course, there were many technical errors on their tests/exams/quizzes Because of these issues, it caused my test results to be extremely low, when in fact, it should of been higher I've found that other students had similar issues with Pearson Propero as well I'd like them to fix these problems with their software, and issue me a refund
