Lane's Heating and Air

Review: Lane's installed a new outside air conditioner last year. The unit stopped working, I use a home warranty company for my work, I contacted them and another company came out. While checking the unit out, the fuse box made a large spark and the main line into my house was sparking. An electrican was called out the next day and verified that Lane's had wired the unit incorrectly and the technician could have been seriously hurt. I had to pay the vendor a co-pay of $75.00 to identify and fix the problem. I have a real concern about how someone who installed ac for a living can wire something so wrong. They are currently not working for the home warranty service any longer or I would also report them to them also.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the $75.00 I paid for them to install the unit and the $75.00 for the claim this week.
