28, 2016 on Jan 3, 2017. Mr. [redacted] contacted us regarding wanting to place an order going to Blanchester, OH. He was told numerous times during the phone call that it was out of our delivery area. Due to Mr. [redacted] refusing to take no for an answer another person from my shop explained the same thing. Within an hour time Mr. [redacted] contacted my shop around 20 times pressing the issue to make delivery to the area we don't service. As for the claims that my company doesn't exist is also false. We have a sign that clearly states our name on the building. As for the desired settlement of my company refunding Mr. [redacted] $50.00 is unacceptable. This due to the fact of not having his card number, along with never charging his card, and lastly he claimed his bank deactived his card. Also I will not take down my website because we are a legit business. My company's website also has listed the areas we deliver. Blanchester, OH is not listed to areas we deliver. In conclusion I find this rather sad that in my opinion that Mr. [redacted] has to resort to defaming my company due to refusing to deliver in an area we don't service.
