Extremely satisfied with counter top installation. He and his crew were polite, efficient and worked to fit a new counter top and under mount sink into old and crooked cabinet framing. Closest thing to a new kitchen.
We had quartz countertops installed by Adan and Tony. We could not Abe asked for anybody better. They were punctual, courteous and very good workers. They took their time on the installation and we are very pleased how they turned out. We would highly recommend them.
What I will say is that everyone involved in my small bar counter top was professional, courteous, and skilled at their position. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. This is the second time, I have dealt with Flow Form, in the last three years, and I am very pleased with their work, and their product.
Excellent customer service from Floform in Winnipeg. From the first encounter at the show room, to Dhalia in customer service and Ryan who came to measure. They answered every question, were friendly and courteous and called back in a timely manner. The counters tops were delivered earlier than expected and they came 2 days later to install. As for the installation crew they were also excellent. Gino Chretien and his crew were 5 mins early, very clean and efficient. They were friendly and polite and he took pride in his work. He explained every step of what he was doing and how he was doing it and I took pictures too. I thought that was important. The counter top was installed in no time and honestly after they cleaned up you would never know they were here that's how clean they were. They even went the extra mile for us and put my drawers back into the cupboards. You could tell he new what he was doing and that he cared about what he was doing as well. This also showed in how he spoke to the young gentlemen he had working with him. Always please and thank you, he treated them with respect.The quartz counters tops are absolutely gorgeous! Like a work of art in your home. We just love them! They look beautiful in our new kitchen! We are so happy with everything and would recommend Floform to everyone!

Mac and Graham from Floform Countertops delivered and installed our quartz. They were professional and courteous. They protected our hardwood floors before entering, answered all our questions about the product and installation and left the area tidy on completion. Very pleased with their work.
Gino just finished up installing Cambria quartz for one of my jobs and did a fantastic job as usual! Very professional, laid cardboard out before walking on floors, cleaned up and swept after the job was done. Great job!
From the first contact for design and estimating, the templating process and especially the manufacture and installation of our new quartz countertops, a first rate positive experience. No hesitation to recommend Floform.
We were very happy with the actual quartz product but were very disappointed in the initial installation. Three different installers had to come back before they got it right!. Cory who did the initial installation on Oct 11th 2016 did a great job on joining the seams but shouldn't have proceeded on the job when he saw that the corners of the countertop overlapped the sink! He said that it was close but I said I didn't like the look of it. He proceeded to finish the installation any ways. He never levelled the left counter properly. It was out by 3/16 of an inch over a 2 1/2 foot piece. He never put a level across the counter tops where the stove was supposed to go and the far counter was about 1/2 inch lower than the other side! I had to phone Floform to get them to send out another repairman Gino to come out and grind out the corners of the counter top so it matched the sink below. He did an excellent job grinding out the corners and polishing the edges. He also levelled the counter top that was to 3/16 but one of his helpers failed to use a level on the section over the stove and that still didn't get levelled. Floform sales reps were very good and sent out a 3rd repairman who had a proper 6 foot level and was able to level the counters on both sides of the stove. In the end we were happy with the final product and Floform's help to rectify the the problems with the installation. It would have been nice to get it installed right the first time since it delayed the installation of the back splash (Aurilo did a great job installing it) for another two weeks.

Flo Form did a fantastic job installing my new countertops. I had one small issue with the installation which I didn't notice until the next day but after a quick phone call, they came back and fixed the problem very promptly. Excellent service.
