Have had them come out on numerous occasions to check my system and they've always been very thorough Have made recommendations but have never pushed them on me I'm signed up for a twice a year inspection of my two air conditioners and heat pumps and the service representative was just here and spent almost two hours going over everything Talks in a language this housewife can understand I do think the service is well worth the fee Would recommend them to others who don't want to be taken to the cleaners They seem very reputable
