I am very satisfied and pleased that they were very efficient, professional and helpfulI also very much appreciate the mechanic repairing the driver's seat mechanism that moves the seat forward and backwardThey went above and beyond to resolve the problem and complete additional work at no charge
We are sorry to hear that the vehicle is still having problems. Earlier this week we called Mrs*** and invited her to come to the shop to ride with a technician to demonstrate the concernWe were able to identify the noise, which was a squeal just before the vehicle came to a complete
stopAt this time we gave Mrs*** a loaner car, free of charge, while the car was in the shop for repairsOur technician diagnosed that we need to replace the front brake pads and brake rotors in order for the car to function properly againIn the rear, we replaced the brake shoes and the brake drums Most of the parts we replaced on this visit were not the parts we previously replacedWe take concerns very seriously, and as a result we did $worth of repairs free of chargeAfter all the repairs were complete, the technician and Mrs*** went for a final drive and she agreed that the repair was done to her satisfactionIn the end when she picked up the car, we encouraged Mrs*** to contact us directly if she has any other concerns down the roadAdditionally, the driver’s power seat was not working We also repaired that free of chargeSincerely, *** *** Lang’s Auto Service
