Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When we purchased the car - part of the deal was a CERTIFIED Vehicle which was sold as new tires / brakes - not tires / brakes that pass inspection - as that should be with ANY vehicle purchaseBut to sell a certified package at thousands of dollars - to return and have to 'repurchase all new brakes, tires, etcbecause the dealer only put on tires and brakes to pass inspection at time of sale - this is a misrepresentation of product / deal Regards, [redacted]
Ms. [redacted] purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 Avant from us on April 29, 2015. We did not have an agreement to provide new tires for her vehicle (see attached purchase order). We provided an “IOU” (attached) to provide labor, at no cost, to replace brakes within one year. She...
returned for service on April 9, 2016 at which time she had driven 21,441 miles since purchasing.
