Very Very Poor Service and rude manager "Scott"
06-12-20 My wife and I purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot Black version we put 50% down. The sales person Mr Hood was very polite. The problem was when he took the car to the service dept to be detailed. We waited and waited Mr Hood was going back to the service dept and coming back. I could see he was getting frustrated. Finally the car came out. Well we opened the rear door to find mud all around the inside. Mr hood went and got a rag to clean it off. Then we went to the front of the car and well their was a scuff on the hood of the car and you can see what ever was dropped onto it also dropped onto the front bumper. The inside of the car at the console was all finger prints. We left and was told not to do a bad review because that is how they get their pay. So I am supposed to lie ? Harrold was also very polite. Every one up front was nice. Now I get a bill from Allstate and they had a Honda Civic and a completely wrong vin. So yesterday I phoned Harrold with no call back. Now today I also called with no call back. I finally was able to get through your manager Scott. Well he was very belligerent and said to me they only made a mistake on the vin. I said sir I am concerned that my car paperwork is mixed up with the Civic. Scott was belligerent again. I asked him if he thought I was mn and he stated that if I wanted to start this conversation over I could call back. Very Very rude. I am a concerned customer and never got an answer. Is my paperwork mixed up with the owner of the civic ?
In closing I have been self employed for most of my life. I would of never been business with a bad attitude. I am totally disgusted and still dont know If my paperwork with langdale is correct and not mixed up.

I came in on 12/28/19 and purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey. It was a used vehicle. There was only one key. The salesman, ***, wrote up an IOU and I was promised a second key. I have been calling the dealership 2 times a week since then and I have not gotten a key. This has been going on for almost 6 weeks now. I should not have to resort to social media and Revdex.com complaints to get call backs from the dealership over a simple key but this is the option they have left me.

When management heard of this issue is was quickly addressed. We arranged for a mobile key service to go to *** and cut an extra key. We have received a text communication from Mr. that he has received the extra key and all is fine. Langdale Honda considers this situation as resolved.

While they lied and said it was quickly handled, it was not. It took over 6 weeks of phone calls and voicemails being ignored until I finally sent in this complaint along with leaving negative reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook to get them to respond. Once the negative reviews and this complaint hit, they quickly responded and had the key delivered to me in 24 hours. This is the kind of crappy customer service they offer. You have to raise hell online using social media to get them to act. I give their business a F rating. Pathetic. I did receive the key and it is working so this matter is closed.

I purchased a new car from honda Langdale. there was a scratch on it, they noted it and told me it would be fixed asap -
I also ran out of gas on the way home, they forgot to fill it up (I live 35 miles away) after leaving the dealer, the gas light went on about 5 miles. I called them at the time
I have been calling them almost daily... The General manager, *** the Sales manager *** Fountain and the sales department. I cannot get any help from anyone. I am asking the scratch be fixed and the car be fueled. this was a horrible experience, that I don't expect to happen after spending 30,000.--

Ms. is absolutely correct and we not only value her as a customer but want to resolve this as soon as possible.

She was in communication with our service department and we are waiting for her to come in so we can complete her issues. I have not heard of her wanting $100.00 dollars, if this is something she would rather do then this is acceptable as well. We would like to give her a complimentary detail when she comes in.

I brought my vehicle in for warranty work, when I received my vehicle I noticed there was damage to my vehicle's dash. The dealership told me to bring my vehicle back for them to try to fix the damage. They did not fix the damage and told me that they would replace the dash. After 3 months of calling the dealership and being told that they're looking for a part number for my dash, I filed a complaint with ***. One week after that Langdale Honda said they're not going to replace my dash or fix the damage that they caused. I talked to the *** of Langdale Honda about this issue and I was told that I'm being too picky about my vehicle and that they aren't going to fix the damage they caused but also not service my vehicle anymore.

This issue has been resolved to the customers satisfaction as *** has agreed to replace the dash at no expense to the customer.
