Made a deposit to purchased a 2006 [redacted] from Langenburg Motors salesman [redacted] on Dec 31/2014 . It ws told to myself that it was in excellent condition . It was also to come with a new soft top . It was also to be taken into there shop prior to being shipped to make sure it had no mechenical issues. I finished the the purchase on Jan 20 /2015. Shipping arrangements were made and I received my purchase about the last week of February . it was delivered to my inspection facility . It did not pass inspection as it had a sway bar link with worn bushings, exhaust manifold leaking near Y - pipe, brake light out, and a battery that needed replacement. contacted the dealership regarding the safety issues and was told all the B.C. inspection was 'is a money grab', also question about soft top not arriving with jeep oh we will get it to you. well one year later still waiting for top which I have talked with both the salesman [redacted] and General Manager [redacted] several times and still no top. After being told yes it is on the way.Desired SettlementA New OEM Soft Top sent to me [redacted]Business Response [redacted]. I just made a call to the previous owner of the jeep regarding the status of the Soft Top (was not obtained at the time of the trade). The previous owner was not home but I left a message for him to return my call. I will continue to pursue answers on this issue.
