I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10586827, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint

The reasons why I disagree with their response is no solution was offeredRather *** stated that he recognized me from my earlier complaint, and that if I didn't like it to get out of his storeThere are still signs posted in their store and on their business cardsThe pictures I sent were taken on *** *** ** ***The business cards are sitting on the check out counterI have spoken with *** and they advised me that they are wrongfully representing their servicesThey have been advised to remove any and all signageHe told a *** representative that he didn't see what the problem was being that I'm the only customer that has complainedI have had a *** replaced at their store using the *** and *** ***If I can have a *** replacement performed by the warrenty service, it would be logical to believe that they would honor other warrentiesEspecially with the signs clearly posted in their storeAs stated in their response, they have yet to remove all signsWhich can lead to consumers to misunderstand their actual affiliation with said servicesAs it has in this situation.

honor the warranty purchased from a [redacted] ([redacted]) Store, as unwillingness to honor the warranty issued by another store.. As was clearly explained to him that we are no longer a member of the [redacted] since 2014., and tried to direct him to a [redacted] store about 5 miles down the road from us. Most of the [redacted] Point of Sale items on our walls were removed late last year, and I totally agree with Mr. [redacted] that there were some that we had missed and this explanation was also given to him. We have been at this location for the past 15 years and enjoy very high customer loyalty in the community. It is clearly a misunderstanding on Mr. [redacted] part. We would like to offer any future services to his vehicle at a discounted rate.RegardsManagement
