was going to give him.  He declined.  I waited a week or so and presented him with the same offer and he declined again.  At that point we were at a stand still as I was unwilling to work for free.  I thought that I had given him a fair price on what my labor would be, and presented him a check for the balance but he declined.  At this point I am at a loss as what to do with him.  He threatened that he would ruin my business.   My bill for excavation work and removal of materials was far more than $500.00.  It would cost anyone far more to do what I have done.  I submitted my bill to him, not sure what the next step is, but I guess we will go to the next step.
