Great service,Friendly people appointment s When they said said it would be

I purchased a used vehcile from Wyatt-Johnson Toyota about a week ago I was paying with cash, so I expected the sales team to take some money off the sticker price I was told that was not something they do Upon asking other Tennesseeans if that was standard business practice, I was told that it was to offer some money off the asking price At the time, I did not have a car and needed to find a car quickly in my neighborhood I wanted to make sure I was being treated fairly, so a few days later, I got a ride to a Toyota dealership in Nashville They were willing to make a deal with me on a car that I preferred and knock some money off the sticker price because I was paying in cash Upon tell Wyatt-Johnson that I was interested in a car at another dealship, I was treated as though I did something personally wrong to them I was told what I did was "disheartening" I was told that there was no way I could get out of buying the car I wanted at the Nashville dealership, because they had me sign documents saying that I would take their car and my money had already been deposited in the bank They would have received my money from UPS on Columbus Day, which I don't believe banks were open The manager of my salesman raised his voice at me and accused me of taking their rental car to Nashville to look at other cars while he scolded me in a private room I was told that if I wanted my money returned, I would have to get a lawyer This is not an enjoyable business to work with I did end up getting a car that I liked from them, but I don't believe they were honest with me Upon getting my new vehicle home, I noticed the owner's manual was not in the car I called the next business day to let my salesman know I was told that those books cost too much money, so I should find all my information online I believe I was taken advantage of by their staff because I am not from Tennessee and was not familiar with how they would do their business I would not recommend buying an auto from Wyatt-Johnson

If I could give less than one star, I wouldI have never felt more unwelcome or disrespected as a customer than I did at Wyatt Johnson Hyundai / Subaru
After attempting to be a REPEAT customer and buy my second Subaru WRX STI from Wyatt Johnson Subaru, their sales manager Brian *** suggested that I take my business elsewhere because a price couldn't be negotiated between a salesman and IThis was after I refused their initial offer of almost 6k over MSRP for a vehicle with no extra features to warrant the mark upMaybe it's just my time in the military that has contributed to my negotiation skills and belief in fairness between all parties, but there are two things that I won't allow to happenThe first, is be taken advantage ofThe second, is let my service to my country be formed in a negative lightBrian *** did both of these things with the comments that he made to me before telling me to take my business to another dealership (which I had already done)Unfortunately, this does not even begin to scratch the service of my problems with Wyatt Johnson Subaru / Hyundai, however, I simply do not have the time to go into detail about all of them
I ended up buying the same vehicle with additional features (for significantly less money) and having it shipped from a Subaru dealership states away rather than do business with Wyatt Johnson SubaruI will NEVER set foot on their lot again and I warn each and every new Soldier that comes to my unit to not do business with them because of their complete lack of respectI don't expect special treatment as a service member, but I do expect to be treated as a human being and a valued customer without having my military service thrown back in my faceIn addition, when I brought up the possibility of a Revdex.com complaint, Brian *** welcomed it as a challenge and claimed to be "good friends" with many members who work for the Revdex.com
Not only was I shown zero respect or value as a customer, but I was repeatedly lied to by multiple people at Wyatt Johnson SubaruTurns out that when you show them hard facts about sales and numbers, they don't like it very muchBut not even that will stop them from continuing to lie to their customersI can only imagine how many other people they have attempted to taken advantage of
It seems to me as though the management at this dealership has a lot to learn in terms of customer service and taking a moment to think before they speak
Sincerely,
SGT ***, ***

Best purchase experience in my near 66 years. I will personally recommend all from Mr. J[redacted]n and James C[redacted] the new truck manager through Rusty A[redacted] my Sales Consultant. This is the 5th vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Wyatt-Johnson, and I have never been disappointed.

I purchased a used vehcile from Wyatt-Johnson Toyota about a week ago. I was paying with cash, so I expected the sales team to take some money off the sticker price. I was told that was not something they do. Upon asking other Tennesseeans if that was standard business practice, I was told that it was normal to offer some money off the asking price. At the time, I did not have a car and needed to find a car quickly in my neighborhood. I wanted to make sure I was being treated fairly, so a few days later, I got a ride to a Toyota dealership in Nashville. They were willing to make a deal with me on a car that I preferred and knock some money off the sticker price because I was paying in cash. Upon tell Wyatt-Johnson that I was interested in a car at another dealship, I was treated as though I did something personally wrong to them. I was told what I did was "disheartening". I was told that there was no way I could get out of buying the car I wanted at the Nashville dealership, because they had me sign documents saying that I would take their car and my money had already been deposited in the bank. They would have received my money from UPS on Columbus Day, which I don't believe banks were open. The manager of my salesman raised his voice at me and accused me of taking their rental car to Nashville to look at other cars while he scolded me in a private room. I was told that if I wanted my money returned, I would have to get a lawyer. This is not an enjoyable business to work with. I did end up getting a car that I liked from them, but I don't believe they were honest with me. Upon getting my new vehicle home, I noticed the owner's manual was not in the car. I called the next business day to let my salesman know. I was told that those books cost too much money, so I should find all my information online. I believe I was taken advantage of by their staff because I am not from Tennessee and was not familiar with how they would do their business. I would not recommend buying an auto from Wyatt-Johnson.
