Review: I have contacted my landlord and property management team at Langsam Property Services many times regarding not having heat in my apartment. The super came once last winter but did not properly fix the radiator. I have made appointments recently with property management for the super to come back and fix the heat and no one ever showed up. We have had no heat in our living room since Feb. 2013. It is now getting cold again and we still have no heat. The radiators in the bedrooms do turn on every few days, but never enough to actually heat the space properly. I have a [redacted] disorder called [redacted]. If the air temperature drops below 60 degrees in my apartment, it becomes a physically painful environment to live in. We just want our radiators to work properly.Desired Settlement: I would like all of our radiators to work properly and heat my entire apartment.
