Review: On April **, 2014 I signed an agreement for a $7,000 loan. The terms of the loan is that I would need to make a 5 month advance payment of $721.98 which I did via email transfer. [redacted], loan representative assured me that the funds ($7000) will be deposited in my account in 24 hours. On April **, 2014 I received an email notifying me that my loan representative forgot to informed me that I would need to purchased and insurance before they could grant my loan. the insurance cost is $800 (approx), this is on top of the advance pay that I already give the company. After receiving the email I contacted [redacted] and advised him to call me back so I could discuss my account. I got his voice mail. I called the 1-800 and was trying to get a hold of one of the customer service representative, also got a voice mail. I left so many voice mail and no one got back to me. I also email them regarding the situation. On April **, 2014 I called and email again notifying them that I just want my money back because I need it for rent. On April ** or ** (I can't remember the exact date I got a missed call/voice mail from one of the representative (I can't recall her name.. [redacted] I think) saying to call her back so we could discuss the account. I called her immediately and informed her that I just want my money back and she informed me that she will put in a request for a refund. I asked her to send me the refund via email transfer and I also asked her when will I be receiving the refund she responded immediately. I called 2 days after that conversation because I have not received anything. The same representative answered the call and I did asked her about the refund, she informed me that it takes 5-15 days for a refund. I did advised her that I need my money back. She then said that I will just need to wait and hang up. I have been calling since then and getting nowhere. When I tried to call the phone number it is giving me a voice recording that the number has been temporarily disabled.Desired Settlement: I would want my money back via email transfer. This problem has caused me a lot of stressed. They need to be penalized for this.

Review: I have bad credit and it is hard to get a loan. Found Langston on line and filled out application. Was approved and entered into loan agreement. They requested 5 months payments in advance due to my bad credit rating so I agreed. Then they requested loan insurance be used before funds were dispersed so I payed that. $850.00 for insurance$742.00 5 months paymentsThis was done on Apri[redacted], 2014 they said funds would be released as soon as it cleared. This was an internet transfer so it was almost instant. So far no loan and no answer to callsDesired Settlement: would just like my money back, and for this not to happen to anyone else
