We are writing this letter in regards to the complaint from *** ***We sold a vehicle to Ms*** on 3/29/and then registered her vehicle for her in Connecticut on 4/4/Due to a mis communication between my sales department and my finance department we did not transfer her plates we
gave her new plates which was our errorWe have since tried to fix this error with the customer and have called her numerous times in regards to thisIn speaking to the Connecticut registry we have had been told the customer needs to go the registry directlyShe needs to return the new plates that we sent her along with the form needed to transfer and then they would transfer her old platesThis is nothing that we can do for her and we have tried talking to the Connecticut DMV in regards to this matter but they had told us this has to be handled with the customer we cannot do it for herWe have tried to fix this situation with the customer but the DMV has stated on numerous occasions this is something she needs to fix

I have not received any phone calls, nor the car plates, not any documentation for me to fix the situation. If the dealership had sent everything to me I wouldhave taken care of it right away.I have the phone log to verify that no incoming calls have been made. I do NOT have the plates nor the document stated and the CT DMV, office in Old Saybrook, said I could not take care of it.If the dealership sends me everything I need, I am willing to take care of this once and for all.No need for lies.
