ON Saturday July 9th, I took my son to downtown Orlando to celebrate my son's 21st B day We park at a Lanier parking lot We pay $cash to the machine and place the ticket on the dash When selecting the ticket, it offered two options A) hour or B) the entire evening We selected the entire evening I paid with $dollars and was returned (1) dollar coins
We return to retrieve our vehicle at approximately 1:am Car is gone I called the towing service but the tenant was on a road call and didn't know when they would return He also can't give my any information other than the ticket expired Nonetheless, we still cannot retrieve vehicle I have to *** to my wife's work (she is an RN in emergency pediatrics, take her car to get home and drop off my son I have to return to the hospital to pick up my wife at 5am since she works nights
I still do not have our car I call the numbers posted by Lanier parking but the staff assigned to the parking lots have moved to other lots years ago I get another number but now no one answers What a horrible experience for my son and I
Lanier, you have cars towed over weekends and leave folks with very limited, if any, options No one answers their phones I paid $for hours of parking and get towed All the other lots are 7-$for the entire evening I feel completely ripped-off and I'm stuck with $tow charge
If wasn't for *** working at 2am in the morning, we would have been stranded in downtown

We paid up front with credit card to enter garage on a Friday evening Signage was ambiguous leaving us unsure where to park in garage One sign indicated we must remove car by 8AM, day of week unspecified We went out next AM to move car but found we had already been ticketed at 6:18AM, well before 8AM (and even though garage was virtually empty, it being a weekend)
Will try to avoid this garage in future
