To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com,Thank you for the message an opportunity to respond to MsO's complaintMsO officially started as a client with Valenti on 9/1/2016. She was offered a special promotional offer for a month trial period. There was never any promise of up to
matches during her trial membership. If this were the case, we would have added an appropriate clause with her contract After very careful review and consideration, we commenced with MsO’s initial introduction, MrJ, on 11/10/16. During a conversation with a member of our staff, Dr*** ***, she was provided with accurate information about the gentleman, contrary to her claims otherwise. Our concierge coordinator worked closely with both parties to arrange this dinner meeting for 12/8/16. Although MrJ made a great effort to fly into New York from California to meet MsO, additional work was put into arranging this dinner at a more convenient geographic location for her After the meeting between MsO and MrJ, both clients sent us feedback. Her unedited comments are below -“I want to say a big thanks to the team for a great match! MrJ was so accommodating and patientThe evening comprised of good/fun conversation, with lots of laughterHe is indeed down to earth, and I realized that we have a lot more in common than I initially thoughtHe's very open and took interest in learning more about my background, family, culture and origin, which was initially a big concern for meMrJ is a true gentlemanI wasn't even expecting him to walk me after dinner, to the garage where I parked my car, but he didThat was so nice of himHe texted me this morning when he was about to board his flight back home, and I responded. I indeed appreciate everything and look forward to hearing from him again Once again, thanks so much for the match, and do let me know what his thoughts are on how the date went.Sincerely ,"His feedback was equally positive -“I had dinner with MsO on Thursday nightShe was beautiful and very engagingI really enjoyed her spirit and had a great time with herShe was very easy to talk with and had a great sense of humorI think we both had a really good timeI have been communicating with her since dinner and hope to see her againI will continue to explore this relationship. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,f”As you can see from the comments above, we did not merely “throw a bone” to our client with this introduction. This is something we simply do not doMsO'’s claims about MrJ not wanting a long distance relationship is absolutely false. He is very open to traveling to meet introductions, so long as the lady is flexible regarding relocation. In a conversation from 8/29/16, MsO let Dr*** know that she is open to relocation. Thus, this introduction appeared appropriate from that angle Further feedback from MrJ revealed the reason why he decided to discontinue with MsO "MsO and I have stopped communicating as wellShe really wanted a commitment from me which I couldn’t giveI tried to explain to her that I had only met her once and wanted to get to know her better before I could promise her anythingI think the problem started when I went on a three week Christmas vacationShe wanted to talk every day which was very difficult for meI had or one hour conversations while on vacation which I thought was a lotThe people I was on vacation with weren’t thrilled with it, but she really wanted moreIn the end, I couldn’t give her as much time as she wantedAgain, she was very nice and has a lot to offer That is my update.Take care,"It appears that MrJ felt overwhelmed by the amount of energy and communication that MsO was expecting during his vacation period On 1/5/2017, MsO was contacted for a new introduction. Dr*** spoke with her regarding this gentleman, MrD. While he resides in Nevada, she was informed that he would be in New York City for the week of January the 9th, and this would be an ideal time and place for him to meet. She asked about meeting in Philadelphia as this would be more geographically convenient for her. He mentioned that he could absolutely meet her in New York City on 1/12/for dinner, but that he could not make it to Philadelphia during the same trip. Ultimately, they were not able to meet during that time frame in January due to restrictions for both parties. We still look forward to arranging for them meet upcoming when he is able to travel to her more immediate vicinity In addition to providing MsO with the services that she contract Valenti for, we have gone above and beyond for her in other ways. For instance, on 10/27/2016, she was given a 3-month extension to her contract, to alleviate some of the anxiety that she was feeling early on. Thus, her contract does not formally end until 6/2/2017 This is a very rare circumstance and something that was offered out of admiration and respect for her as a client. We hold her in extremely high regard and nothing would make us happier than to see her successfully matched with the right gentleman. This is our commitment to her and we look forward to moving ahead with the very best of intentions and maximum level of service

Dear Revdex.com -Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms*** recent message.Unfortunately, this discussion appears to be degrading into accusations of conflicting reports from both parties. We would like to refer to our original response submitted on 3/28/regarding MsO’s experience with Valenti. Up to this point, she has been introduced to two high caliber gentleman. One, MrJ, she was introduced to on 11/10/and met on 12/8/2016. She provided remarkably positive initial feedback regarding her dinner with MrJ. The other introduction, MrD, she was notified about on 1/2/2017. We plan on arranging her meeting with MrD for as soon as his schedule will allow for him to fly into Philadelphia or New Jersey We have been fully honoring our agreement with MsO and remain absolutely committed to providing our maximum level of services for the remainder of the extended contract term. Again, we have a tremendously high opinion of MsO and want nothing more then to see her successfully matched with the right life partner

To whom it may concern,My last attached rebuttal had details of email correspondence between Valenti and I concerning the match/ matches I had and did not haveThere's not much more to add to that Like I said, it is obvious that Valenti has no viable matches for me and have not provided the service that they were paid to doValenti needs to refund my moneyThey only gave me one match that was not even interested in a long distance relationship, in which he mentioned that he told them prior to meeting me and the second match is not ready for a committed relationship, which Valenti clearly acknowledged in their email to me That email was also attached in my last rebuttalAnd now they are still trying to match me with the same person just so I can waste my time and so they can say that they got me matchedThose are not matches that any reputable matchmaking company that claim they have so many years of experience , should be proud of claiming they made
