We have tried to be reasonable but your request for times the actual international shipping cost for an item we shipped locally is not realistic

The item purchased was shipped through a 3rd party hired by the buyer. We do not offer international shipping on this item through our business. Our return policy is stated at the time of purchase as well as in the product listing and website.
The item purchased was shipped to Kentucky from...

Texas and at no time did anyone ever state that the return shipping of the item, neither domestic nor international, would be paid for by us. Only after the item was delivered back to us and the customer demanded a astronomical fee for shipping was any mention made of these fees. 
I spoke with the corporate office and was approved to help with shipping fees for this 4 pound item however the customer is demanding almost 4 times the standard rate for shipping and has been unwilling to accept our offer for anything other than this inflated amount and is attempting to use this site as a form of blackmail.
