I purchased a swing on 8/1/25 at Wisconsin State Fair. My chair just arrived today. 12 WEEKS LATER! I contacted the seller many times and the last communication I received was on 9/26 telling me UPS was scheduled for pickup. In actuality, it wasn't scheduled for pickup for over a month after that. I finally ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card company. Joey at Soco Swings is a piss poor business person. The swing I ordered is actually a product made by Outdoor Republic. Soco Swings is just a distributor. Joey orders product from them and has it sit in his warehouse while he travels the country selling. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this loser or give him any money!

I purchased a hanging swing from Lanky Leopard Loungers on April 24, for $ They promised a "mid-May" delivery date The product arrived to my house on June 23, The owner was not honest during our email communications, and he refused to return phone calls When I did recieve the swing, the hardware was not included in the package per the receipt I requested that he overnight the hardware, considering the already extreme delay, but he did not do it The hardware arrived a week after the swing Unpleasant, unfriendly, dishonest business
