Billed credit card for services not requested and no invoice sent
We decided to have our content moved to another hosting company, because it was a hassle with Lanline communication, there was never a point person, consistent billing errors and high prices. After we provided notice and authorization to this company to move our content they held it hostage and made up a bill we had to pay...and sign a promissory note that we would not contest the fee with our credit card company. Despicable and unethical behavior.

Lanline provides service that is unstable in my building, and does not respond promptly to requests for repair to their own errors. We were offline for most of last week.
