Lanning Construction is the first contractor we have ever had touch our 108 year old house. In the past, we have done all of our own remodeling but when it finally came to the point when we wanted to take off the back side and attic area of our home and build up and out... we turned to professionals. What a job [redacted] and his crew are doing. Every step of the way, checking the plans, the permits, and our personal opinions! We were SOOOO scared to take on this project but [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and the rest of the crew have made this process nearly painless. We are very thankful!
Could not be happier with this contracter and his crew. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and expert craftsmen. They gladly go the extra mile. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I am so glad I contacted them for my little job. 10 stars
