Facts:1st contact with Mr. [redacted] was on Friday, April 14, 2017 (as a friend-non business related phone call)Mr. [redacted] spoke on the roof leaking and showed me interior damage from this. (Pictures taken)Sent pictures via text and phone call with his request to Landra [redacted] Mr. [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone on Monday, April 17, 2017 and he met up later that morning to survey property.Next day Mr. [redacted]’s gutters were cleaned out. Discussions on roof replacement & shingle samplesAll three (3) parties were present when verbal and written invoice was created.I heard Mr. [redacted] changed his request from total roof replacement to repair. He was adamant about stopping the leak(s), using colorful language.I heard Mr. [redacted] state to him that if no tiles were broken they would not need replace them, that priority is stopping the leak(s)Work performed on Wednesday, April 26th. Mr. [redacted] did not have all the balanced owed. Check #[redacted] for $100.00 received towards balance owed.He stated needed until May 8th to satisfy debt. Mr. [redacted] contacted via phone Mr. [redacted] on Monday, May 1st, follow up after heavy rains.Mr. [redacted] stated no leak(s)Mr. [redacted] then requested balance owed via phone. He stated will pay balance on May 8th.Mr. [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone Monday, May 8th hostile stating that “was not going to pay the rest of money”. He threatens Mr. [redacted] with police action, Revdex.com and not to come on his property.LanRonn Flooring & Roofing did not and was not provided any opportunity to rectify any discrepancies or complaints. At no time was there any hostility shown to Mr. [redacted] as he was a longtime standing friend when [redacted] Police were involved. Now we feel this type of aggression is unprovoked and unwarranted. At no time was Mr. [redacted] uninformed by the work needing to be performed. At no time did I witness Mr. [redacted] be unprofessional with Mr. [redacted]. Page 2ID: [redacted] LanRonn Flooring & Roofing did on Monday, May 8, 2017, mailed a final hand-written invoice to Mr. [redacted] after verbal communication was halted. I was told by Mr. [redacted] that he had “[redacted]” (roofing company/competitor) come out and he did not pay them for their work. I should have taken note. I also mentioned to you that this situation came as a total shock to me as Mr. [redacted] ([redacted] and I were long longtime friends. Settlement requested: Remittance of balance owed $700.00 On behalf of, LanRonn LLC, I would like to apologize to the Revdex.com for even being involved.
