I am rejecting this response because:It is true that Lanset would have no record of me, because I am not a customer of their email service.  The way I contacted them was through their abuse email address, which is public record.  As my complaint states, for weeks I was receiving fraudulent emails from someone using there servers and I repeatedly forwarded the fraudulent emails to their abuse contact.  I had no response from their abuse team and the emails kept coming, so I  assumed that Lanset was complicit with the fraudulent scheme.  For the last few days, the emails have stopped.  Perhaps they have finally shut down this client.

Review: For weeks I have been forwarding fraudulent, phishing emails that are using this company's servers. They have had ample time to cancel this customer, but refuse to do so, which implies that they are complicit with the fraud.Desired Settlement: Cancel the account of the customer who is sending the fraudulent emails.
