The companies written response claims that the complaint is "resolved." This is not true The Conversation I had with the company stipulated they were willing to pay a refund in the amount of $As I have not yet received this payment I do not consider the case to be resolvedFurthermore, I believe that while my personal financial grievance has been addressed verbally, there has yet to be any resolution to the company's commitment to consumer Quality assurance to United States for customers moving forwardIt is my hope that the Revdex.com will follow up to ensure that breastmilk bags do not leak.

Review: In December I purchased 4 boxes of Lansinoh disposable nursing pads (each box contained 60 pads) on [redacted]. I used the first box with no issue but when I started using the second box, the pads would open at the seam once wet. I was getting the gel-like substance all over my breasts. I called Lansinoh and they assured me that the gel-like substance is non-toxic and will not harm my baby but to contact my pediatrician to be sure. I stopped using box# 2 and opened box #3 which again, the moment it gets wet, the pads would come apart at the seams and I ended up with gel all over my chest.. I again called Lansinoh customer service on April 24, explained to them that I bought 4 boxes of their product and so far 2 out of the 4 boxes are defective. They asked me to give them information printed on the boxes. I was advised by the Lansinoh representative to throw the remaining boxes away. She told me they are mailing me replacements which will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

When I didn't receive the replacements by May 13th, I called Lansinoh customer service. The representative told me the replacement pads were mailed to me on May 7th and they should arrive by May 21 at the latest.

When I still did not receive the replacement on May 29th I called them again. The last time I called was on May 29th, I spoke to a representative who told me they mailed the replacement breast pads on May 7th, but she does't know why I don't have it yet. She told me she would speak to her supervisor who will help her track the package and will either call me back that same day or will call me the next day. Today is June 3rd and I have not received a call back. And still no replacement breast pads.

I'm so disappointing that it has to come to this. I purchase a lot of breastfeeding supplies made by Lansinoh and I'm disappointed by the lack of costumer service they provide and how they're giving me the runaround. It seems like Lansinoh is not standing by their products. I expected better from a company that makes products for breastfeeding moms. Even if the gel substance is non-toxic, that's not something I want my exclusively breastfed newborn baby to ingest.Desired Settlement: II would like Lansinoh to honor their commitment and send the replacement breastfeeding pads ASAP and provide me with a tracking number.
