Review: In June, I purchased items from the website www.lanterncourt.com. But because the items arrived after the day I had intended to use them, I contacted [redacted] (Creative Director)for a refund, in which she agreed. After I returned the package and was received by Lantern Court, [redacted] did not refund my money ($43.45). I exchanged several emails with [redacted] and places several calls with no response.Desired Settlement: All I would like is for Lantern Court to fully refund my purchase of $43.45.

Review: I ordered a garden flag through this company. I emailed many times requesting a tracking number. Then I began emailing them from both their info and customer service email addresses to let them know I never recieved the product. Then I began calling and leaving voicemails. No one has called me back or emailed me back and it has been several days since I began attempting to contact. My first email was sent over a week ago. I paid 7.95 for USPS priority shipping. I would really like to receive my product, but I am unable to reach a representative.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my garden flag. If it is too late for this holiday I can use it next year.
