I completely understand Mr***s concerns and this project has been a financial burden on me as well The facts are; I have paid for all the material and labor and other than a few correctable issues the metal roof that has been installed is fixable Mr [redacted] continues to want a complete new roof but I just can't afford to put a new roof on when it is a fixable condition.What we have offered is to fix the roof at our cost of material and labor As long as we are paid at the completion of the repairs We have yet to be paid for $10,worth of material and $worth of labor.We would really appreciate the opportunity to fix the problem and try to make Mr [redacted] happy.We can be on the job next week and have the repairs complete in two days.Respectfully,

I am rejecting this response because: I have still not received any communication outside of this response to the Revdex.com that took them two weeks after the complaint was filed to begin with They have still not sent anyone to my home to complete this work or return the equipment taken from me by the original installlerTheir response seems to be an attempt to close this issue without actually resolving it

I am rejecting this response because:This is not the agreement that we came to almost months ago, and nothing has changed You set the terms of the agreement to get this resolved, to which I agreed, and now you are refusing to honor Yourself and multiple individuals representing your company have been dishonest and lack integrity Honor the terms of the agreement that YOU made and I agreed to without modification

I am rejecting this response because:This is yet another deceiving response from a company trying to protect their image when they are simply trying to take advantage of an individual. The fact is that the company was hired to provide a professional metal roofing crew to install material that I purchased They were told that the material could be installed over a single layer of shingle and that was it, if there was more than one layer of shingle on the home then the shingle needed to be removed Instead of sending a professional crew to do the work, they instead chose to try and save themselves money and sent a single individual and his son who were far from professional and not familiar with the product and who did not take the time to verify the number of layers of shingle on my home prior to installing the material I purchased This resulted in damaging my product and an unfinished roofing job that does not meet city building code regulations After months of back and forth, they agreed that the entire roof needed to be removed and said that they would obtain a new building permit and remove the old roofing and finish the job properly They are not only going back on their word and refusing to finish the work per the agreement and terms that they set, but are now threatening legal action against me and stating that they will place a lien on my home, even though they have never completed the work that they were hired to do in the first place.This company is extremely dishonest and deceitful, with several individuals in their employment who have a severe lack of integrity

This is a copy of an email sent to MR. [redacted] today. We really have struggled getting a sub lined up while meeting the guidelines that Mr.  [redacted] will allow us to proceed. [redacted],    We had an installer fit us into his schedule yesterday and inspect your roof. Our subcontractor has his own company. He states that he can repair your roof and will back it as we will do. He is in the process of getting pictures of his past work and will meet with you to clarify what repairs are necessary. Our 5 year workmanship warrantee will stand. All the excess material that we have purchased will remain the property of Arrow and after the repairs have been made we will remove from your property.   [redacted] I am not trying to sugar coat or manipulate this whole ordeal. This is the second installer that has told us how to repair the bad workmanship, and unfortunately the first one could not(actually he is way too busy and did not want to get involve) provide pictures, this installer has a great reputation and will back up his work. After we have provided the pictures and documentation you require we will schedule the repair. Once this is scheduled and we show up to start the repair we will require 50% payment. We are addressing Mr [redacted]'s issues and as of this date we are trying to schedule a crew to come up with a solution within the guidelines that Mr [redacted] has asked us to do for him. We have had several crews lined in the past but were unable to schedule them do to multiple reasons. We are vigorously...

trying to get a crew to look at this project under the guidelines that Mr [redacted] has asked to do before he will allow us to repair or install the new material. We hope to have this crew in place in less than a week from now. As of this point we have over $7,000.00 invested in this project and have received no money from Mr [redacted]. We are going to proceed to resolve this issue asap. Mr [redacted] has some valid compaints and we are trying to address them.
