I am rejecting this response because:I'm going to contact Pete' Moving Service since they said they wouldre-imburse me for half of the blankets used What blankets? Hello,Respectfully I understand that everyone has an opinion to how things should be doneIn the moving business there's kind of insurance: standard- cents on a pound and full valueWe carry standard insuranceI've extended my grace and tried to send a license professional to take of it just to make sure it gets taken care and restored to whole as much as possible, but you have rejected that offerWe are still willing to settle up based on the coverage of our insurance which is cents on a point per damaged itemsApogize for any misunderstandings licensed professional to take care any damages caused, but thatwas rejectedWe are still willing to cover the damages thru our standard insurance, but we are not going to send anybody else to try to repair your furnitd

Apologize about any inconvenience, we always try to do our best to satisfy each customers needsWe did use all of the blankets, but we can still give you a refund for have of themPlease provide us your mailing address so we can mail you the checkThanks

I am rejecting this response because: the fact that I was not told the truth by three employees and that the owner did not show much remorse shows a lot about the character of this companyBecause this situation was dealt with so dishonestly and the damages the employee did were likely worsened since he didn't inform us or tape the box back up means we should be compensated much more than a pound for a TV less than two years old

***This is probably the worst resolution to the matter that I could envisionIt's only because you have been so helpful that I will acquiesce and agree to the proposed resolution.Thanks again,***

To Whom it May Concern,We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer, we truly care about each one of our customersOur standard moving insurance that is required by all moving companies in State of California is cents per pound per item which the customer agreed and signed
off on as wellI have attached the paperwork from our move so that is how we came up with the amount of $based on the weight of the refrigeratorEven those they were some small dents and refrigerator is in perfectly functioning shape we are still willing to get that taken care of based on our coverage cents per pound per itemAs for the wall scuff our manager was out on site and was looking to repair any scuffs on the wall, *** denied him in doing so and told him to leave the house because she had to get goingI believe we have been doing everything in our power to make it right with the customer but she has not been cooperatingWe wanted to take care of the scuffs and pay out the refrigerator based on the coverage that was agreed uponPlease advise what would be the next step to get this resolved. I am rejecting this response because: buying a new TV is going to cost a lot more than cents a poundThe fact that not one employee, out of three, told us when they had ample opportunity to do so shows the dishonesty of them allThis means the story told by the employee cannot be trustedPete keeps telling us that it was negligence on our part, but the fact that I had to call to find out what happened shows definite negligence from the companySince I was not even informed about something expensive I owned being damaged by a company I trusted with all of my belongings, I should definitely be compensated for my TV

I am rejecting this response because:I understand that you are saying .60/pound is customary. The quick math would be $150 for my damaged furniture. And no, I am not accepting that. If you are trying to use what you deem as customary for an insurance claim then I would much rather just go through...

We are more than willing to settle the complaint by using our insurance which is .60 cents per pound per article. It is the insurance every moving company is required to carry by law. Let us know if you like to pursue the claim and we can mail you out a check based on that. If that doesnt work, let us know so we can go ahead and close the case
