Review: I paid for a digital and print subscription of the publication. I received all four print editions for the year only have contacting the company when my first two issues failed to arrive. I only received links to download the digital copies for the first and last editions that were published during my subscription period. I cannot access the digital versions for the fall/winter of 2013. I have contacted the business several times now and have either received no response or was told that the links were sent and I should check my junk folder. This is unsatisfactory seeing as how I have received other emails from the company and have checked to the junk folder to no avail. Customer service then suggested that I should be able to access these from the home page; however, the only digital issues I can access are the Summer 2013 and Spring 2014, both of which I received download links in my email.Desired Settlement: I would either link a 50% refund if they cannot provide the two digital copies or I would like the company to please send me the links. I prefer to simply get the links to download the magazines.

We regret that Conley Stout has had such difficulty receiving the needed links to download the digital editions of the Fall 2013 and Winter 2014 issues. I am unsure why they were not received; we do show they were sent. I apologize for the difficulty. I will personally try resending the needed links to the subscriber's provided email address. Additionally, we have extended the subscription so that the subscriber will receive two additional issues, both in print and digitally. And, I will follow up to make certain these issues are received.

Review: I entered an online subscription to their magazine on 7-*-13; I received an email confirmation from them the next day but, to date, have yet to receive any magazines. My VISA credit card shows payment to them for the full amount. I have contacted them by email and/or phone about 10 times asking that they send me the magazine but they refuse, stating they cannot validate receipt of payment.I've sent them three times, by email, copies of their confirmation email and copies of the VISA bill showing payment; they still deny receipt and refuse to refund my money or send the magazine.Desired Settlement: Since they won't send me the magazine, I'd like my money back.
