Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This was not my original complaint with Lapila's I am fine with the faucet repair They did not finish our kitchen remodel 100% We now have to hire someone to come in and complete ALL the finish work that Lapila's ignored I am looking for a partial refund from the $15,we paid them so that we can hire another company to complete their job This is the complaint that I sent: My husband and I hired Lapilas to gut and renovate our kitchenThe job was not done to our satisfactionThere were measuring mistakes that could have been fixed but were notThere is no "finish work"My husband has tried numerous times to get them to complete the job properly but we are ignoredHe even tried numerous times to get Tony the owner to call himTony did not return his callsThis project was started in January of and "completed" March By October our new cabinets needed adjusting and our new faucet leaksMy husband called them and they sent someone outThe cabinets were adjusted and he told my husband that he would order the necessary parts and come back to repairIt is now December 11, I have tried to contact them myselfI have sent them an email and they do not respondWe spent $15,on an unfinished kitchenWe will have to complete it ourselves or hire some one else and pay them to finish the job that Lapilas should have Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

I called in and had my partner Richard check over notes made on the [redacted] fileI also called Diane who oversaw the materials, scheduling and handling of customers concerns at the timeShe is reviewing her emails after last speaking to Mr [redacted] in MarchThe notes she has on his file at the office are some finish nails out punch in and fill in nail heads, adjust doors and ceiling holesRichard went their and went over punch listCompleted concerns brought up and even patched ceilingDiane called Mr [redacted] went over list with him Mr [redacted] then said he would mail out checkWe then received final payment in the mail for 1,check number on March 11, The contract was for 12,Which was paid in fullWe did not here back until recently when I spoke with him about repairs on faucet and hinges.Nothing was brought to my attention when I spoke to Mr [redacted] except adjusting cabinets and faucet repairRichard went out immediately and did repairs nothing was mentioned to him about moldings We take every customer comment seriously and try to respond as fast as possibleI don't understand complaint since Richard went out and did repairs requested within days of receiving callRichard handles all installation and repairs needed for jobsMrs [redacted] can call and have him look at her repair concernsHe would know of the job since he did the work and is co ownerI am on medical leave and have not ben around much since NovemberI will be back in spring if everything goes wellPlease feel free to call office and speak to Christine to go over scheduling for Richard to review any concernsThank you,Anthony L***

We are responding to complaint ID [redacted] on Dec We just noticed a complaint was filed against us by [redacted] Tony received a phone call by [redacted] to adjust hinges on cabinets and a faucet handle leakingHe made a appointment with him to look at the warranty issuesRichie went out who handles repairs and installsRichie adjusted the cabinets doors and inspected the faucetSince all work Richie did that day was all manufacture warranty issuesHe told [redacted] he would order the part for themTony called Manufactures for cabinets about hinges and faucet company about a cartridgeThe faucet cartridge was on back order.We received a email by [redacted] on Friday Decto see about status of faucet repairTony replied to her email that dayThanking her for following up and he would call manufacture about part on MondayAfter talking to manufacture the part was in and sent out on MondayChristine called [redacted] on Monday Decto tell him the statusShe asked if he received our email on Friday he said noHe said thank you and looked forward for the faucet repairWe re-forwarded the reply email to them that morning.The cartridge came in on Thursday DecChristine called and spoke with [redacted] that the part arrived and we could put it in for themShe made a appointment for Monday Decto do repairWe would have to call first so [redacted] could meet us at her home [redacted] emailed us to confirm calling first before arrivingRichie met with her on Monday and changed cartridgeEverything was all set and completed We are sorry for her issues with our customer serviceWe are on the jobs all day we take care of all our customers the best we can for a small companyWhen a warranty call comes for labor it is addressed asapA manufacturer defect takes a little longer and a lot of following up with Venders

Thanking her for following up and he would call manufacture about part on Monday. After talking to manufacture the part was in and sent out on Monday. Christine called [redacted] on Monday Dec. 11 2015 to tell him the status. She asked if he received our email on Friday he said no. He said thank you and looked forward for the faucet repair. We re-forwarded the reply email to them that morning.The cartridge came in on Thursday Dec. 14 2015. Christine called and spoke with [redacted] that the part arrived and we could put it in for them. She made a appointment for Monday Dec. 18 2015 to do repair. We would have to call first so [redacted] could meet us at her home. [redacted] emailed us to confirm calling first before arriving. Richie met with her on Monday and changed cartridge. Everything was all set and completed. 
We are sorry for her issues with our customer service. We are on the jobs all day we take care of all our customers the best we can for a small company. When a warranty call comes for labor it is addressed asap. A manufacturer defect takes a little longer and a lot of following up with Venders.
