Good afternoon,This reply is in reference to complaint # *** The tractor was purchased from us on 11/6/ On 8/28/*** *** called us saying the steering was not aligned properly, so we went to his house to pick up his tractorWe trouble shooted the steering after the
customer told us he hit somethingwe found steering and brake linkage bent and twistedthe damaged done to this unit was in no way the fault of the manufacturerwe decided to fix the damaged front end at no charge to ***, that’s what you call good servicehe was only charged for transportationwe have a copy of his invoice of what we actualy did to his unit last august if you would like us to fax it to you, just let me knowas far as him calling to pick up his tractor for service work on may 2016, he is scheduled to be picked up around the week of the 27th of june as we are or weeks booked on service workwe don’t know what is wrong with his rider mower till we get it here to trouble shootwe start working on riding mowers march first and average a waiting line of about weeks, then by the time april arrives the work load builds to about to weeks wait, then may hits and the grass turns green and is growing like crazy and people are finding out there equiptment wont start or needs a tune up and our work load builds up to to weeks of a waitfor any profesional shop in our area this is how it is , we call it the spring rush.even though we have trained techs the work load of trimmers ,blowers, chainsaws ,tractors, push mowers rototillers, generators, pressure washers, and much moreit takes alot of time to be thorough and do a good job, I guess that’s why we are so busy with service work and is why people travel several miles for us to work on there equiptmentwe put every customer on a first come first serve schedule which is the only way to be fair, as much as I would like to have ***s rider fixed for him as I would for all my customers, *** will have to waite to get a call from us when his turn in line comeswhen we get his tractor here we will find out why it wont start, if it is a defect we will fix it for free ,except transportation if its not a defect he will be charged for the repairwas the only time we heard from *** about his rider till nowwe will keep him in his time slot and call him when its his turn for service unless he feels its time for us to part ways then he can call and cancel his work order and we will fill his time slot with the next guy.if you have any questions about any of this please call me *** I also would invite you to visit our home page of our webb site so you can see a little bit of who we are www.***.net thank you *** *** owner and operator along with my great team at *** lawn and garden center lnc
