I am rejecting this
response because:Even though the product was order on 12/7/15, it was backordered and I didn't receive it until just before Christmas. At that time of the for chairs broke within the first monthYou did send parts and I fixed the chairs. I asked then, to return or exchange for something else because I had no confidence in the quality of the product but you didn't accept my proposal. Since then, I have had another chair break, back in December 2016. I called you, you said you would check into getting more parts. You never called back. I have tried to call and can only get voicemail. I left one message but never got a call back.I would think that most of your product is good quality but this is not one of them.

Yesyou received your order by Christmas of so the year warranty ended Christmas of You have already stated you contacted us in March of and it is now June of so by your own timeline herewell past the year warranty With that saidwe still try to go above and beyond for our customers and help when we can We have NO RECORD of any voicemails or emails????????? Our phone lines are busy sometimes so if you went to voicemailit does happen sometimeswe are very prompt in returning calls and emailsbut againyou left NO MESSAGE or did NOT SEND ANY EMAILS??????? Againthere is a full year warranty on all our products and againwe try to go above and beyond this if needed to help our valued customersbut as you have chosen to go through this methodthere is now nothing we can do Regrettably, LaPorta Furniture Company

Customers order was originally placed on 12-7- There is a YEAR WARRANTY that expired on 12-7- Alsowe replaced chair parts last year and can provide the *** paperwork showing it was sent to the customer LAST YEAR!!!!!
