[redacted] visited our dealership, in person and viewed both new and pre-owned Clipper modelsThe one that she purchased was the one that fit her budget and was the one that she was delivered to her.Our delivery process is an exact process, in that we actually demonstrate how to use the systems on the actual trailer that she purchasedWe have a inspection sheet, that the customer signs to verify the model purchased, including its vehicle identification numberAll paperwork matches the original purchase order signed by [redacted] To summarize, [redacted] [redacted] agreed and signed for, in person, the trailerShe came back to receive a complete orientation and pay for the same trailerWe then delivered the trailer to her home the next day [redacted] called after delivery various times and expressed concern that the trailer did not have an oven and was not the trailer that she purchasedNo Clippers have ovensThey have microwave ovens, which her unit doesShe also contends that the layout was not correctShe actually was in the trailer and was given a complete walk around on it, as per our procedure with every saleHad there been a problem with the layout, it would have been addressed at that time [redacted] and other family members have called various times regarding thisWe have told them that if we get a trade in that has a different layout that she states she would want, we will certainly contact her and trade hers for itThe other models that she viewed during her first visit were subsequently sold to other customers prior to her orientation In conclusion, [redacted] negotiated, inspected and was shown all systems on the exact trailer that she paid for and was delivered to her home

resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.as of now the business has not spoken or left any message with me as stated in the response. I have yet to hear from Express Professionals.
