LAPP MOUNTAIN Construction

Lapp construction build a deck with a roof several boards on the deck have extreme shrinking, twisting, boards pulling up,railings twisting and sagging. Main 6x6 support is twisting which is causing soffit to wrinkle. The railing on the stairs is twisting, sagging. There is quarter in to half in gaps throughout the deck. I contacted the general contractor *** Milesburg Pa who contacted Lapp Mountain Construction about the issues and Mahlon L owner of Lapp Mountain Construction was supposed to contact me concerning these issues and never did so my spouse *** contacted Mahlon L concerning the issues and when he spoke with Mahlon L the owner Mahlon L was very rude and said he would not fix the issues with the deck. This home is a brand new construction home and the deck is not even 10 months old.
