hey have charged me for numerous ranch dressings and I have yet to receive one. They have forgotten parts of my order over 8 times. Ordered a cannoli got chocolate cake. Owner always says "Next time it will be better". It never changes and I have been charged for these items.
Billing Adjustment I would like the refund for all the orders that i have been charged for items i did not receive. It has happened well over 8 times. This is theft.

I take 100% full responsibility for the mishandling of Mr. orders. Once I was aware of the situation I did some in-house "investigating" and found out that on numerous occasions errors were made. I immediately called Mr. and apologized for the mistakes. I explained to him what I found from my investigation..
(1.) Mr *** was requesting 3 extra ranch dressings that were .75 each and the clerks were charging him only for ONE extra.
(2.) The pos system that I use was not printing the extra dressings on the expedite ticket.( totally my fault.)
I expressed to mr *** that I am thankful and appreciate his business and that I hope he will give me the oppurtunity to prove to him that I am not out to make anyone have a bad experience at my establishment. I offered him the next 2 meals would be of no charge to him and that I would personaly oversee his orders. I gave Mr. My cell phone # so he can deal with me directly. Hopefully he takes me up on this.
