I ordered a replacement laptop battery from Laptop Battery HQ online. I did not receive an email confirmation showing my order or verification that my order had been received. I received a battery within a week, but it was not the battery that I had ordered per the replacement number of my old battery and certainly not the battery that had been pictured on their website when I placed the order. The battery shipped to me would not fit in any laptop as it was a stairstep shape and not a flat battery. It did not come with a packing slip or any instructions on how to return the product for an exchange or a refund. I sent an email to the company through their online website and did not hear any reply. After no response I called the customer service number and explained that I received the wrong battery and needed to know where to return it for a refund. The customer service rep said since I had ordered the wrong battery, I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. He said he would email me instructions on where to return the battery. I received an email from Mark 3 days later with an address of where to return the battery. I shipped the battery back in the original packing via 2 day Priority Mail along with a letter explaining that I was expecting a full refund per their 100% customer satisfaction policy as I had received a different battery than what I had ordered. When I received the credit on my credit card statement, to my dismay, 30% had been deducted. I have received no correspondence or explanation from this company. I feel this company is unreputable and dishonest. Not only do they have poor customer service, but they do not honor their policies. I will not do business with this company again.

Review: I bought a laptop computer battery from Laptop battery HQ ...later I found out my computer is not longer charging internally, which made having 2 batteries for a non functional laptop

foolish. So I contacted the company about a return and refund...they agreed now after almost a month later and multiple emails and phone calls is still haven't got my refund.

I returned the battery to them via UPS so now they have both my money and the battery. Pretty poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: I recently purchased a laptop battery which came to me in sufficient time. Unfortunately, the battery did not fit my computer (an error on my part in ordering). So following the company's return policy, I have called the contact number 4 times, only reaching an answering service and have not received a response. I have also emailed the company with the address provided on their website and have gotten no response. According to their return policy, I need a Return Merchandise Number (from the company) in order to return the product, so I am not able to do this without speaking to a service representative. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of service communication and the time I have wasted placing phone calls. I still need to return the product and obtain a refund but I have no idea where to go next since there are no other contact numbers and no one is returning my calls. It has been over a week since I received the product and I want to return it within the allowed time.Desired Settlement: I want a contact number and instructions to return product so I may receive a refund for a product I don't need.

Review: I ordered a laptop battery for a dell inspiron 17 and paid the overnight shipping. the company was quick to take my money and send me the product, however when the product came it was incorrect. I tried to call the company and leave multiple voice mails, and still nothing yet. I ordered the battery last Wednesday, it is not Monday evening. Someone by the name of [redacted] emails me, asking for a picture of the battery which I did provide, but as soon as I stated that I want a refund all communication has been lost.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product and shipping. I have already purchased the battery from another retailer and am willing to send this one back.

Review: On December **, 2014 I ordered a laptop battery from this company. On December **, 2014 I received an email stating the battery saying the battery is out of stock and that my money would be refunded by the end of the week. I have called and sent emails asking when I would be getting my money the week of December ** - January [redacted], but no one was answering the phone or my emails. I finally got a hold of someone on January *, 2014. She advised that I would be getting my money within 72 hours. Well today it has been 72 hours and I have yet to receive my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my 58.98 refunded back to me. They have had plenty of time to get my money back to me.

Review: I had bought a laptop battery on May **, 2014. A few days later I received it in the mail. Upon charging it to it full capacity I used it for about 30 minutes. It then just died. The battery would no longer take a charge. I had bought another battery from Toshiba and had no problems. Therefore it eliminated the issue of the computer being the problem. I called Laptop Battery HQ numerous time and finally received a return call from Apri. She had sent a return label via email and I then used it to send the battery back to them and now await a refund. According to the post office. Their office in [redacted] received the package of May **, 2014 at 11:05 AM. This was the address on the shipping label they sent. I have made numerous calls now in regards to my refund. July *, 2014 I spoke to someone and said that they weren't sure it wasn't processed yet even though they have record of the battery is back in their hands. The man said give it a week. I did... I called again on July **, 2014. I spoke to a woman and she said that she wasn't sure why it wasn't processed and that she would forward it directly to the [redacted] and wait 48 hours. It is now over 48 hours and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my American Express to be refunded as they promised it would be.

Review: I purchased a laptop battery from "Laptop Battery HQ" URL = [redacted], by calling the ###-###-####

and received the battery within 5 days, but the battery did not work, and when I called to complain, I was told, I will get a replacement. that was 4 weeks ago. I called numerous times, as well as made an account to leave an email for customer support. I received a ticket # here is an except from the email:

This battery did not work since Sep **. I also called and was told that I will get a replacement battery, which as of today, I still have not received.

What do I need to do to get the replacement battery, I really need it, to work.

now, when I try to login using the same credentials I does not log me in. if the number (###-###-####) actually gets picked up no one answers it, even after waiting 2 hours on hold. As per their web site, they list numerous addresses:
