Sorry it has passed days Laptop dc jack works fine that's why shes able to still use it, but her power cord is made from a third party manufacturer which creates different voltage, and fits differently and also her battery no longer holds a charge In my personal opinion, that's why she mad and using Revdex.com to apply her wickedness Yet her laptop still powers on with the power cord plugged in, that is because the dc jack is totally fixed However, her after market power cord do not fit as well as an original power cord but if you let it stay still on a desk it will remain on and works normally The laptop still powers on, if the dc jack is bad it will not power on at allAdditionally, the wear and tear that a laptop goes through as she uses it on her bedside which creates heat and also stress on the power cord I refuse to continue to help her also, because she has assaulted me verbally in person and wanted to use physical force towards me at my shop and assaulted me on yelp with her hateful comment I have been very generous with my time and fees, not charging her diagnostics both times she came in and very responsive to her needs and concern and even gave tips and advice to help her keep her laptop in good shape and health Yet she turns around and comes against me with falsehood, lies, and wrath All I did was listen, serve, gave my time and care to do my best for each one of my customers

I am rejecting this response because: I have already said in my complaint that I did not bring the computer back within the day warranty periodThe charger port started loosening during that time, but it only really got bad during the last month where the charger literally falls out of the port and heats up so much, it is melting the plastic on the chargerSince my previous charger jack port lasted over years, and the new jack Mr *** installed barely lasted months, I thought that out of good customer service ethics he would offer to fix the problem he obviously did not fix beforeInstead, he blamed me for the loosening of the jack, even though I told him that I treated my computer gently and never took it off my bedside tableIf he had correctly installed a new jack, why is it just as bad now as it was when I brought I in months before? Is he saying that any repairs he makes will only last for months? If so, then I think customers need to be warned that Mr *** does shoddy work and should go elsewhere for quality service I think this incident speaks volumes about Mr ***'s character and ethics

Hi, my name is *** *** I did a dc jack repair on *** laptop in feb 20, 2016. *** came in today very angry and I detected that so I made sure I listen and but she used the "f" word many times to blame that it was my fault, the laptop works fine with the power cord, it turned on
while she and I was sitting down together, but because her power cord was an after market it was an "L" shape that has a shorter stick to plug with. Her laptop is over years old and so I suggest that I can provided her with original power cord. She did not let me finish from there on. She only cursed and was not cooperating. She yelled at me that she has taken down many small businesses before and if I don't accept the blame than she will take me down. I simply try to tell her that it doesn't matter who's fault because there is a always a solution. She continue to yell at me. My neighbors *** and *** at *** *** heard everything and even told me afterwards, that she was trying to get me mad and she was not acting and said to me not to worry because there are unhappy people when doing business. At this point I rather not continue to be a part of this any longer I am very disappointed being in this situation when I put my best in every service repair and towards every customer I have. I have not experience this in my yrs here. I am still shaken by this and feel unfair and helpless, also I am the only one in my shop.So far she has said things that did not transpire and was not true. She had already went online and criticize me on yelp and said things that was not true. I believe she wanted to take advantage of me, I don't mind doing extra work but she cursed at me and wanted me to accept blame also even went online to tarnish my business. I need help here, please

Review: I took my computer in to Laptop Domain on 2/25/16 for a DC Jack Repair/Solder because the charger port on my laptop was so loose that I couldn't charge the computer. I picked the laptop several days later, and for the first month the charger port held firm, but by the next month it started to wiggle and become looser. It gradually got worse until the the AC Adapter would not even stay connected to the Jack and would fall off the computer while trying to charge it, and I had to hold it in place with duct tape to charge it. I took the laptop in on 7/1/16 and showed the laptop to the business owner [redacted]. He told me that the looseness was due to wear and tear even though I keep my computer on the bedside table at all times and treat it very gently. I told him that the previous DC Jack that came on the computer lasted for over 5 years being treated exactly the same way I treat it now, but he refused to admit any culpability and said that it was my fault. It was over the 90 day warranty period, but I expected him to offer to repair it since the repair had deteriorated so quickly, but he refused. He was very rude and unfriendly throughout the entire process and placed the entire blame on me. Since it is 1 month past the 90 day warranty date, I suppose I can't request a refund or repair, but feel he should have offered it to me for the sake of good customer relations. He also has the name [redacted] on the receipt, when my last name is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Repair or refund and apology.
