There is no option for 0 stars, but if there was this business would qualify for that rating. Received an external power supply when picking up a repaired laptop. The external power supply was supposably brand new, but was not in a box or have any of the original packing materials. Why you ask? Because it was not new. It was used and untested. This businesses failure to test their used products could have done a great deal of damage.
Upon returning home after picking up the product, it was plugged in and within ten minutes the power supply was smoking, and on the verge of bursting into flames. When I contacted them by phone they acted non chalant about it and replied with "Thats never happened before." Really? That's how you respond to a customer informing you that a product you sold them could have burned their home down?
When I returned to the store they continued to act like it was no big deal, and that everything would be made alright by simply replacing the power supply. No apology or concern over the fact that the product that had sold me could have burned my home down. Instead they seemed shocked that I was angry. This is a garbage business and if you want real customer service then try one of the many other legitimate computer repair shops in this area because Lap Top Fix does not care about you or the products they sell you.
