Review: I had purchased a keyboard from LaptopKeyboard.com and what I got was not what was pictured. when I finally complained, I only got one email within 3 days of waiting. Plus, I spent $87.13 on the keyboard that looked nothing like the one advertised. Granted it works, but has a faulty Ctrl Key and no backlight even though that is what was advertised. They claim a 1 hour reply, but I still haven't gotten a reply from a 7:42 pm email yesterday, (or 4:42 PM PST), and they sent me two.I replied to both.Their phone service is jacked with "holds". "Please call back later's" and I call at Noon (9 am PST).Desired Settlement: Full refund for this keyboard that looks nothing like what was advertised. the cost of this keyboard was $87.13 on my statement.
