I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive a Rma or a label that I can affix to the product so I can return it with the postage paid. Other manufacturers have sent me an RMA so I can return product with postage paid.

This complain was unwarranted because we did in fact have direct communication with the customer and emailed him instructions on 2/15/on how to return the item for either refund or exchangeHis claim we did not respond is invalidWe have written correspondence proving this factThus far the
customer has refused to follow the clear instructions we sent to return the merchandiseWe will be happy to refund as soon as he completes the required return procedures in accordance with our terms of service to which he agreed at time of orderThese types of unwarranted complaints are harmful to legitimate businesses and should not be recorded by the Revdex.com, especially when the customer fails to follow proper procedures to resolve the situation
