Dear [redacted] This is a respond for a letter we received id # [redacted]...

                                        ...⇄                                         ...⇄ the computer was working when Mr. [redacted]  took it. Customer did not know how to use the computer the driver was uninstalled he took it back to us. We tried to fix the problem for him but. He did not have patience to wait. Any performance takes time. We been 16 years trying to do our best and serve the customer and community   Trying to make the customers happy, but some are rude too, and want money back for work we already perform. Sometimes they don’t know how to us it and make another problem, its ok we can fix it for him but he just want his money back he did not want to wait. My name its [redacted] I am the owner and I will be happy to fix his problem but not refund the money , because we perform a job and he agree to pay he went to his home use it for two weeks and came back with another problem , we offer to fix it but he was inpatient and left.
