This was the absolute worst salon I've ever been to! I drove all the way from Key Largo to treat myself to birthday manicure pedicure. When I arrived on 06/12 at 5: 15 PM THEY ARE NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING and did not have the "jelly beads" to perform a spa pedicure. As the technician *** (who also is the receptionist / "manager") starts doing my nails she begins to consult the tech's next to her "because it was her first time doing the structure gel." So the tech's are not properly trained? They do not have the nail tech's licenses posted so I am not even sure if *** is licensed in the state of Florida to perform nail services. While doing my nails she had to re-do my thumb because she messed it up - again her first time performing this service. Not to mention it took her about 2 HOURS to perform a manicure which is a bit ridiculous it should not have taken this long especially when their website states 45 mins? So then we proceed to the pedicure which again they did not have the materials for the "spa pedicure" even though they did not tell me this over the phone when I booked my appointment. She had to re-do my big toes twice because she was using way too much polish and it would start bleeding on to my skin.OH and she cut me right above my toe & above my pinky finger. I finally left the salon about 8:33 PM. On Sunday 2 days after having my nails done THEY STARTED COMING OFF AND CHIPPING AND THE COLOR WAS NOT SOLID THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE NAIL! The salon is closed on Sundays & Mondays so I drove BACK to the salon on Tuesday (my bday) after calling to speak with the owner who is also a nail tech, ***, and she was not available to take my call & they were not able to find a manager to put on the phone. So now I am at the salon requesting a full refund the receptionist tells me the she can only refund me for $40 for my nails. They also fixed my big toes and had the same nail tech I had an issue with was sent to fix my toes. OBVIOUSLY she does not do good work and I am complaining why would you send the same girl to fix my toes? That makes no sense. It is June 26 and I am still waiting on a refund - I've called to speak with *** 6 times and she has not returned my call not even once. And when I was in the salon on 06/16 she completely walked passed *** - did not acknowledge me in the slightest - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Especially as the owner. So I call my bank because they tell me my bank is holding up the refund my bank tells me they have nothing pending!! So they never even processed the refund. For a girl who gets her nails done every 2 weeks this was the worst salon I've ever been to and will never be back. I do not recommend them!! You will be disappointed. Worst customer service!
