REALLY??????????????? My daughters cheer leading squad? That hotel was packed including football teams, dont be putting the blame elsewhere but your lack of control as a manager, second of all your communication is terribleYou never informed me that you were going to be gone for almost weeks then you decide to respondBeing that your a manager I'd assume your communication level would much better than it isI will make sure to notify corporate as well as every website about your practicesHave a good day
In regards to complaint Number [redacted], I have attached documentation showing that the credit for 1 night stay was given to the guest just as he was told it would be. I spoke to him via email on December 20,...
2014 as you can see by the attached document and his thank you he gave me in the email he replied back to me on.
I was on vacation beginning the 21st of December with limited access to my email which all of my contacts received an out of office message explaining that I was out of the office on vacation. I have still yet to receive any voice mail from this guest as he stated he had left several.
I find it kind of strange that the noise issues this guest complained of came from the third floor which contained only team members of his daughters cheer leading squad.
My staff and I take great pride in the fact that we have been ranked in the top 10 of 98 hotels here in Louisville for the past 7 or 8 years consistently on TripAdvisor and always receive glowing compliments from our guests on how friendly our staff is and how nice our hotel is…so I think we must be doing something right! We feel we have been more than fair with the resolution we have given to the problem and will not be making any further refunds on this stay.
